We want you to feel confident in every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate items must have all safety seals intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
